Mount the Track

Track hangers are independent from the track, allowing anchoring directly on studs or structural supports. Pre-drill and fasten per specifications.

Hang the Door

Heavy-duty roller carriages with easy-adjust mechanisms. No need for shims or complex alignment procedures.

Install Floor Guide

Optional floor guide keeps doors aligned without floor tracks. Discrete and effective for commercial applications.

Final adjustments take minutes. System is designed to operate smoothly out of the box with minimal fine-tuning.

TRACK SYSTEM

Track: 80" aluminum (cut to size as required)
Track hangers: 4 independent hangers with 1/4" × 2-1/2" lag screws (2 per hanger)
Spacers: 4 shims – 1/2", 1/4", 1/8" (for track hangers if required)
End caps: 2 track end caps (optional, depending on design)
Finish: Anodized aluminum parts for durability

DOOR HARDWARE

Door hangers: 2 engineered hangers with bearing wheel assemblies
Door stops: 2 adjustable door stops
Fasteners: 6 pcs #10 × 1-1/4" screws for door hanger mounting
Floor guide: 1 floor dowel, 3/8" diameter
Tools: 1 wheel adjustment wrench and Allen key

KEY SPECIFICATIONS

Weight capacity: Up to 125 lbs per track hanger when properly fastened to studs
Hanger spacing: Maximum 24" between track hangers (all 4 hangers used per 80" track)
Height adjustment: Integrated cam system allows 0" to 1/4" micro-adjustment up or down after door is hung
